Never never Please find somewhere else !!
NEVER EVER EVER use Diana. She has not answered my phone calls or emails in OVER A YEAR. She incorrectly cost my grandma $10,000 and will not help us in any way with getting the money back from the IRS.
Diana costed me at still undetermined amount of money in late fees and interest payment to the IRS for not filling my corporate taxes... She first promised to file my taxes in March, she then said that the taxes has been filed, but then, by the end of the year I realized that she did not file the taxes at all... Stay away from this place!
