Tax Smart has been awesome for so many years...and not sure what happened in 2025. I've been ghosted for 6 months now. I dont get responses to texts, phone calls, or emails. Just puff! Haroon & Ash, are you guys ok? Being out of the province this has been beyond frustrating
Have been filing from past years but horrible experience last year and this year was even worse. The agent got no clue what she is doing and wasnt even sure how to file so i just asked her to delete everything and ill get it done from somewhere else. Wasted my time.
I had a very disappointing experience with Haroon. He was unresponsive to my doubts and concerns, making the entire process frustrating. A tax consultant should provide clarity and guidance, but unfortunately, I found them unreliable and difficult to communicate with. I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone looking for professional and timely assistance.
