I’d give negative stars if I could. Run far away. First time using this place and my taxes were done incorrectly. I overpaid by thousands. I knew (a gut feeling) the Accoutnant was incompetent, he seemed so lost and confused. The staff is beyond rude and inconsiderate. I asked for a refund and they refused even though I am now paying a different accountant to fix the issue that they caused. I have not heard from Nick who’s doing my taxes I gave all the proper paperwork and now they’re sending me these emails and these text texts saying that you know I’m past due I’m past due but yet there’s no communication. Im really starting to feel skeptical of this company. I will start with sharing ive struggled with my taxes since the 1st year I filed. I was scammed by a hole in the wall company. Well due to that ive kinda just put off my taxes for the last 3 years. I found this company and called set an app and met with my tax specialist 2 weeks before tax day.
