Joe does a remarkable job of doing my return while we meet and makes both a hard copy of the basic 1040 and then follows up all pertinent information via email back to me for my records. I was going here for many many years seeing Richard. Kind and professional but then this time without telling me he left, I made my appt and I was never told someone else his brother would be doing it till I got there.
