Save the stress and stay away from this place. Placed an extension I did not request, to ultimately not even give me the time to discuss my tax return. People skills are horrible, terrible communication, and incompetent at best. Will never come back, and I advise others not to even step foot into the building. High turnover of employees and very little level of accountability. A “too bad” attitude is how this shops operates.
Have been coming here for over 25 years and will not go elsewhere. For the last 9 years have been driving up from Springfield. Great service, friendly staff.
This Year 2024: zero stars Dropped off my paperwork. Never heard anything from them. Stopped by in person asking if it was complete. Had a ten minute conversation with someone saying it's probly just not ready. Luckily another worker said 'Well its right here. Did you even check?' Turns out it was complete (for over a month) and they called a phone number that's not mine and left a voicemail saying it's complete. It shouldn't be this unorganized / poorly executed.
