I rarely leave reviews especially negative ones but after I requested a refund they ghosted me so here we are. I honestly can’t believe how horribly they managed to mess up my taxes. I asked them to file an extension, which they never did, resulting in me owing over $2,000 in penalties. When I called the IRS to get it sorted out she asked why I don’t have a dependent claimed on my taxes. He did not add a dependent 2 years in a row, even though I said in my email as a direct quote “I had my first child in 2021”. I found someo... read more
