If I could rate this place zero, I would!!! This place is an absolute scam and nightmare! Me and my fiance went up to their office to file his taxes we ended up paying $155 to file the taxes for them to call us the next day and tell us “here’s a packet with all his information on it, youll need to file his taxes instead of us” no explanation just excuses and when I called to ask for a refund for services that were not provided for me the owner “buddy” interrupted me as I was trying to explain to him what happened when I trie... read more
VERY SWEET STAFF.
I've had SO many complications with filing my taxes , and when I call there is NO ACTUAL HELP to solve my problem. Wont be back next year !!
Ms. Libby Harrell has been our preparer for many years now. I love her laid-back personality and her efficiency. She greets us each year with her reassuring smile, and she never fails to make us feel that she is glad to serve us. We are most grateful for her.
