I started with Chuck's service last year, he was kind and professional. He told me he would NOT raise his prices like my previous accountant that I had for 7 years. This year I had a very differnt experience with Chuck. He called me the night prior to my scheduled appointment, and asked if I could come in earlier @ 1:30PM. I said no bc I work a normal job.
