To make a long story short, a small mistake was made that really screwed us up. Our preparer was very nice and fixed the problem, however, we felt that it was only right that we be reimbursed for the fee we paid for our taxes to be done correctly. Cheryl, the owner of this business, strongly disagreed with our request. She got very defensive, raised her voice, and continuously denied us a refund.
