I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I went to them to do my 2024 taxes because first time working from home. I figured they knew what they were doing but they totally messed it up. They made mistakes on it and said wait see if cra catches it. I had no clue. Cra caught it and I had to pay back everything plus more. They wanted me to provide all kinds of information which I provided Dan. It wasn't sent. I've been coming here for a few years. Even though I notice the ratings were not great They messed up my taxes bad for last year 2025 . And got stuck with a $2400 bill. For not doing my taxes correctly. Will never ever go back!!

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. We have been waiting for taxes to be done since SEPTEMBER 2025. we have dropped in to see Ron, as recently as February 11th 2026. he doesn’t ever call back. It’s disgusting lack of professionalism.
