My experience was very frustrating due to lack of communication. I had to visit the office multiple times to get my documents completed, and I repeatedly called and texted without receiving timely responses. There was also a delay in processing the tax transaction, which caused me significant stress because of the risk of penalties. Although the work was eventually completed, better communication and responsiveness are clearly needed
I had my 2025 taxes prepared here, and the service was excellent. She was professional, knowledgeable, and responded quickly to all my questions. The process was smooth, fast, and stress-free. She explained everything clearly and made sure my taxes were done accurately. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a reliable tax preparer.
I do NOT recommend using this tax preparer. I paid about $200 to file my 24 and 25 taxes and submitted everything in Jan, but the IRS confirmed they were not filed until May. She was quick to take my money, but not to file my taxes. I understand tax season is busy and tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, but I still have not received my refunds.
