Cada vez que llamo para verificar si me llegó un paquete me dicen que si lo van a revisar pero me dejan colgada del teléfono, me he esperado hasta 20min en llamada esperando que me atiendan a ver si es cierto pero parece que sólo te dicen que si y que esperes un momento para dejarte ahí, mejor di que no dan esa información por teléfono y ya, siempre es una mujer la que hace eso. La atención en mostrador con los muchachos ninguna queja, son muy amables; pero esa señora que contesta y te deja ahí colgado esperando muy mal 👎🏻
