Was the first time I've used them as my previous tax preparer had health issues this year. Tax service plus was professional and knowledgeable. Prepared my taxes in relatively short order and e-filed them after my final review. Got my refund inside of 21 days. They were a bit more expensive than my previous preparer, but my taxes have multiple schedules involved and they did a fine job. Would recommend.
