Mrs.Patty is a scam artist. She literally tried to steal money from me claiming that she was never paid out of my tax returns just for me to show her proof from my bank statement that the money was taking out. A few weeks afterwards she contacts me again to try and get more money and I kindly reminded her that she was already paid and for her to check her email. Go to someone else. I was charged $200 for a state and federal which was on the same return/w2. Very unprofessional
Been going there for over three years... very awesome lady. She does my taxes properly and gives me insight on taxes and money. She even invited me out to lunch and even took me to a motorcycle shop to view couple of motorcycles. I highly recommend!
Jackson Hewitt fee is cheaper. They’ll get you more back her filing fee is expensive.
