My husband and I have went to Greg for the last 9 years or so.. I’m not sure what happened.. or if it’s because he got bigger.. but Greg made a mistake in my taxes and forgot to include my daughter and only put me down for the earned income credit which shorted me several thousand dollars. My own personal experience so far was good in the beginning but turned poor when I could no longer get them to communicate with me or my husband. I've called about a dozen times over the past 2 1/2wks. ONLY 1 TIME has someone answered the phone. Holly said she would call back once she followed up with Greg, I'm still waiting. I've left SEVERAL messages, NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY CALL. I am very disappointed!
