I have been going To Dave for 4 years, he has so much knowledge. When he talks to you it's like he's known you years. His staff are amazing helpful, they are very tech savvy during covid times. Their hours are good to accommodate customers. Waiting room has a couch, TV with drinks and snacks you can watch the game while you wait if you walk-in or family is doing taxes.
Recently received a letter from the IRS for a 2018 filing done by Liberty Tax for a big adjustment/mistake for almost $5000. I could have done the taxes myself for that type of mistake plus their fee was no discount compared to other companies I have tried in the past. Called for over three weeks to give them a fair shot to help and no one called back! My experience....these guys are fly by night operators who will not get another chance to earn my business!
