Attempted to charge me $50 for a digital copy of my taxes, the agreement they have clearly states they only charge for printed copies. These digital copies took over a month to get, amd were sent incorrectly 3 times. Unprofessional and greedy.
Do not use this tax service. They are 100% trash. Did not file my previous year return now I’m being penalized for it and they turned around and said oh we tried to call you. We left a message. No, you did not try to call me. I had to call you. I am filing a complaint with the state attorney generals office smh
I been doing my taxes with TMTS for more than 12 years never had a problem, Highly recommend them !
