Conived a friend out of his car, even though he had been paid the amount! Steer clear of this scammer thief, there are plenty of other legitimate tax professionals out there!
This guy totally scammed me for $320. I had gone to him in the past and didn't have any issues. This time it was very different. I started this process last April right before the tax due date. I never saw Doug who is the accountant because he was never at his office. He had me put my file in a lockbox at his office and all contact was over the phone. If I could give zero stars, I would! Tax Savers USA should be shut down by the powers that be IMMEDIATELY. Doug Neumann fraudulently took my money and did not complete my 2020 or 2021 taxes as he claimed he did. Doug is absolutely horrible at running a business! I have left numerous voicemails and sent more than one email in an attempt to get some straight answers from him, and he NEVER (and I mean NEVER) responds. Plainly put, Doug Neumann is a con man.
