Jessica was my preparer and she was very time efficient! She explained everything to me as she went along and she made sure to answer any and every question i had. The environment is very professional and respectful. I have already reached out and recommended her to my family and friends. I will definitely be returning for following years !!

Service was on time. I've been coming to this business for my tax preparations for many years. There has never been a problem ever with the IRS. My experience there has always been TOP OF THE LINE.
I am highly disappointed in this place. I wish I had read the reviews. Taxes were filed and not correctly. I had problems with IRS because of death of husband. Papers were sent to me of what needed to be filed. Scheduled an appointment ( had to wait 4 days for appointment) and she did no show...had to call her and texted and she asked that the info be sent to her and still had not heard anything 7 days later so texted her. She said get the info to her again and I said are you in your office...She said No....no other contact ... read more
