To give Tax Rite even one star is well beyond what they deserve. I called Tax Rite to ask some questions regarding the cost of their services. My call was answered firstly by a woman who was extremely RUDE. She actually told me she was busy and had no time for my questions, she abruptly passed the phone to a gentleman. Who was also quite rude however he did answer some of my questions. When I questioned him about the price of one year that I was on social assistant due to heart surgery.
