Some need to take a better picture
Don't even bother calling they just send you to 1866 number and have you wait up to an hour for someone to answer. I just wanted to know what time they open and close since their hours are not listed
The old lady with the short white hair at the front desk was extremely rude and was extremely unhelpful and was not willing to give me information. She threw a barcode at me and just told me to scan it and did not want to walk me through it. I just had a couple questions and not even wanting an appointment to be made but since I don’t have an appointment she didn’t want to help me. I’m not sure if she didn’t know the correct answer but she really needs to be taught the information.
Crazy lady that works in the front had quite the attitude when I went up there yesterday to ask some questions. The only thing she said was I’m sorry oh well I can’t help you. Not sure of her name but beware of her cause she’s something else and won’t even bother to try and help you.
In all of the states that we have lived in, my husband and I have never dealt with employees at a state agency that were so disgustingly rude and miserable. Of course that could be because we don't live in New Mexico. We live in Texas and filed our taxes ON TIME, we paid to have them filed electronically the same day we filed our federal and Louisiana state taxes.
