Have had Vic look after my tax returns for a number of years, but was quite shocked and disappointed when letting him know that this year I would be doing my own tax. He couldn’t have given me the flick any faster when I asked for his assistance on a matter. It appears Vic operates his business on the basis that if he is being paid, he will, of course, offer his help. Otherwise, forget about it!
Vic has always been very helpful I could probably do my own tax as is quite simple but why? when you get the fee back anyway ?? Paying it forward in our community is so worthwhile.
