If I could give 0 stars I would. I filed my 2023 taxes with Ed, and received my confirmation documents from him in late Spring. 4 months later I called the IRS regarding another matter and was surprised to find out that my 2023 tax return was still not submitted. My return was rejected and he was notified as it was returned to him, shortly after the initial filing. He did not make me aware of this and did not action to remedy to rejected return. Every time I call they never pick up. I leave a message with my name and number and they don't even return a call.
I have used Taxes by Contract got the last 5 years and they have always been professional and Ed went out of his way to make himself available. They got me the maximum returns and they know all of the programs and regulations available to help with my Business and Personal taxes. I recommended many businesses to them and they are all satisfied
