I would strongly caution anyone considering using this tax service. My experience started off well enough. My taxes were filed, and I was told I would be receiving a refund. However, after my return was processed, the CRA did not accept my tuition claim for some reason. Instead of receiving the refund I had been told to expect, I ended up owing money.
