I worked here in 2014. They pay college educated employees $10 a hour. No benefits. They lie and make it appear that you are a W-2 worker but when take season comes you get a 1099-MISC as if you are a contract worker. The turnover is so high there are constantly new people coming and going like a turnstile. They neglect clients' cases and those cases fall through the cracks.
After 8 yrs of medical problems, divorce and change of career, I finally came clean and decided to find someone to help me with my tax debt. Tax Results came to the rescue! My thanks to Michael, James, Crystal and Brad for being their for me when I thought nothing could be done. You all Rock! I now own bragging rights because of the work you all do. After completing my case, Tax Results sent me an email asking me to review them. Overall I'm happy with the service. At points it was frustrating waiting for the IRS to respond but I guess that's why I hired someone to do the job for me.

BEWARE - If you want to make a difficult & stressful tax problem WORSE & find yourself at least $2ooo.oo deeper in debt, then these guys a prefect !! besides TAKING MY MONEY & LEAVING ME ALONE IN COURT WITH THE US ATTORNEY...with no explanation until 2 days later. Now, the IRS is even MORE ANGRY with me because this firm is HORRIBLE & CROOKS !! The true reason lawyers have the reputations they have...DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM
