Eric actually hung up on my husband and I and then txtd sorry I can't help you . How unprofessional. Show some respect. I would not recommend him to anyone. He wanted $5,000 to be paid over 6 months with no guarantee or clear understanding what he was offering. Didn't like the questions that were asked so he just hung up. He didn't even have all our tax information. Stay clear of this company if you have serious tax issues that you need help with - this company is not the one.
Eric Schacher was excellent to work with. He made the entire process easy. I would recommend to anyone and everyone!
The only hesitation I have about leaving a 5 star review is that the secret might get out then EVERYONE in Michigan will want to file with Tax Resolutions… I had a bit of a strange tax situation when I reached out to them.
