I was referred to Susan and she was amazing! she made everything stress free and easy. I will definitely be going back! You won't be disappointed! I have family and friends that go through Susan at Tax Reps. I can't forget about Mrs. Lisa the one that greets you, makes you feel at home and answers all the calls. I have reluctantly worked with Tax Reps for several years due to my business partners preference. I have had issues with them for years. Notably responsiveness and lack of clarity in responses. Most of my emails have been unanswered over the course of the years working with them. When I asked for my tax documents to be emailed this year, a portion of them were sent and several documents (most) were not. Does not follow up, slow to return phone calls, does not resolve issues. After multiple calls and emails to Susan with inadequate or no response, the IRS is now threatening to levy our bank accounts an assets. Of note this is an issue that was supposed to have been dealt with 2 years ago. Secretary, Lisa's response is, "I'll tell her, but there's nothing I can do about it." Truly unprofessional on all accounts.
