I called concerning an issue, not knowing if they could resolve it, or, point me in the right direction; and, in the 5 minutes that I spoke with this individual and she realized I wasn't sure I needed the offered services proceeded to hang up on me in the middle of asking a question. To be honest, I may end up needing this type of service, but it will be from someone else. My next call will be to the BBB.
