If I can give zero starts I would I just paid optima tax relief $800 start up fee and $10,000 and they did not get what I owed the IRS reduced in fact they debt went up they signed me up for a $745 a month plan for 72 months even higher than my debt I just paid them $10k plus for no reason
A few years ago i hired this company for my mother and they failed to tell me they couldn't help her if taxes were less than $10,000. They took her $700 and then told her she couldn't be helped with less than $10,000. Their ads now mention they can help if over $10,000. I guess they got enough complaints. They didn't refund the $700. If deceptive actions were a few years ago could still be today. Would love for that $700 to be refunded.
I spoke with Linda at Optima Tax Relief two days about an ongoing tax resolution. We had additional questions. She never responded to email or multiple phone calls. Not sure how they have A+ rating at better business bureau, they do not respond to people.
