A horrible experience! Full of lies, lack of information! These people don't know what they're doing and they overcharge for the services! Since January waiting for my return and the IRS does not accept them. When I complain to the taxpayer because they charge me so much for filling out the taxes after she told me to fill out this document so as not to charge you for the services they charged me $620 and she delete many of the messages from our conversations!
