Worst experience ever, never will you touch my taxes again. IRS say the company never filed my returns and it's going on 2 months, yes I'm filing a complaint against you, state and local. No one is never available to talk, you'll never get me again bitches
Worst tax service I've ever dealt with! I was told I didn't qualify for an advance, then one appears in my bank account a week later. My state was supposed to be dd , I waited 6 days after expected date, only to be told tax Max intercepted the entire refund for their fees. My federal return is scheduled in 4 days and hasn't updated on tax Max site!! What exactly did I pay them for!?? Seems like I'm doing THEIR job!! Won't EVER use this company again! HORRIBLE!!!
This was my first year using TRS there was an issue with my return they contacted me immediately was able to fix it with one call. They have been a huge help with having to do an amended return as well. Will definitely recommend them. Great staff very friendly and helpful.
Worst MISTAKE ever filing my taxes with Tax Max this year. They made it sound so simple when filing your taxes but failed to mention that to get the advance you will have to be approved which is crazy because why should I be approved for a loan on the money I'm getting from the IRS that should hold enough weight and be excellent collateral. Only reason I did it this year was to get a car but of course it's always something. Not to mention the fees NO COMMUNICATION. AND THEY USED THE WRONG ADDRESS. NEVER AGAIN WASTE OF T... read more
