Very poor communication and unprofessional billing experience. I never received the initial invoice from Tax Reduction Professionals. When I finally received a later bill, I sent a written letter requesting clarification—no response. I followed up with a phone call, and the person in billing was extremely rude and unhelpful. Despite the lack of communication, I mailed my payment the next day. A couple of weeks later, I still received a Small Claims Court notice.
