Used Tax Pros USA for several years when Mike was there and everything was great but now that Chase is running things it has been horrible. Absolutely zero communication and I have been waiting over a year to get my taxes done. They keep promising they are working on it and will send me something but never do. I have given up as they won’t respond to me at all now, so after waiting well over a year I have to start from scratch. Stay away from Tax Pros USA!
Had a great experience with Tax Pros! Chase is awesome, staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. We have found our new tax prep people, highly recommended!!

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Do not go here to file your taxes unless you want them to take more than 2 months to reach out to you. I gave my taxes to these prepares in February and have never heard from them. The amount of times I've had to call just to find out they've lost my taxes in April. It makes you question what they do all day long in that office. They are not serious about their profession whatsoever and they do not operate on the hours they tell you they are open. Absolutely horrible now. Word of advice, don’t go there. I turned in my taxes in April 2024. He didn’t finish my taxes for my business until November. I also turned in my father‘s taxes at the same time. It is now March 2025 and they still have not been completed. Chase will not answer call’s and the only thing that the owner son does good is apologize. Before Mr. Dyer left everything was great.
