I dropped off docs early march. Called the Middletown location around filing date and their auto message said theirs is an auto extension with no penalty and they are working to get everyone’s returns completed. Called the last few weeks and the call doesn’t go through. Found out today they didn’t renew the lease for Middletown. I drove to the Lagrange office and there a sign that Gina, owner, has passed away. If you google her name you’ll find news articles from May 6th about her being found at the Lagrange office and prono... read more
I used Mike Dyer for 20 years. He retired. Chase took over Middletown and Gina took over LaGrange. It took Gina 1 year and months to do my taxes to charge me over $800. I still have yet to get my tax returns back. I'ved called and called and called. SO I called and called and called Chase. NO ANSWER YET and my taxes are still not filed. I called the Ky board and because she's not a CPA there's nothing they can do. Strange circumstances around her death. I need my taxes!!
Absolutely horrible now. Word of advice, don’t go there. I turned in my taxes in April 2024. He didn’t finish my taxes for my business until November. I also turned in my father‘s taxes at the same time. It is now March 2025 and they still have not been completed. Chase will not answer call’s and the only thing that the owner son does good is apologize. Before Mr. Dyer left everything was great.
Used Tax Pros USA for several years when Mike was there and everything was great but now that Chase is running things it has been horrible. Absolutely zero communication and I have been waiting over a year to get my taxes done. They keep promising they are working on it and will send me something but never do. I have given up as they won’t respond to me at all now, so after waiting well over a year I have to start from scratch. Stay away from Tax Pros USA!
Did my taxes with them back in 2021 after Mike left and the experience with them was below adequate. It’s been downhill since Mike Dyer left.
