Run away from this company! I started back with Dave back in 2021. David was the owner supposedly and sold. Straight up lied to me and had me start a PA set up my company completely wrong. Cost me thousands of dollars. Then David sold the company and then tried to take back people under the table. Tax Pros Clermont is now sueing David. Corey was hired as the CPA and then quit. Data breach
I dropped off the documents on my sisters' behalf to file her 2024 taxes. I have been unable to contact them since there mailbox is full and I cannot get an email to go through. When they filed my sisters' 2023 taxes they were great. Not being able to a contact them I will have to go to their office in Clermont. I live an hour away so it is a great inconvenience on their part.
I would give MINUS 5 stars if I could. I paid them to file my business payroll taxes and just got a bill from the IRS because they didn't do the work I paid them to do. HORRIBLE communication. Agree with recent comments. Do not use them - even if the owner BEGS for you to stay as a client. Never got a copy of my 2023 taxes and since they had a DATA BREACH, they can't give me anything from last year. DO NOT USE THEM.
I paid for for an amended tax return since I made a mistake on the original filing tax pros drop the ball and did not send my amended return in. It has been an absolute fiasco trying to get this resolved. I should be getting back $5000 and now the IRS is after me for 35,000 from the negligence of this office.
