Tax work was great. Was previous years. Customer service on the other hand. Severely lacking. Had to chase them multiple times for information that should have been provided in the first place.
Had our income taxes done here for the second year in a row. Excellent price, plus seniors' discount 20%) and excellent service.
Used tax pros for years really disappointed they're not doing instant refunds
We went to tax pros today and they announced that had a new owner and didn't do cash back anymore .They were 20 minutes late opening ,when the guy and girl did open ,the guy came from out back pulling up his pants. Never going back after 20 plus years of going there !!
Terrible place! Paid over $400! They said I’d have my return in 3 to 5 days. Now they are saying it could take another week or so.
