My son and I have been going there for a few years and we're pleased with the service we received but this year it was a different experience. Taxes were done in a reasonable time, but they charged me almost $107.00 MORE then last year! I know things increase, but that seemed excessive! (My sons was $6.90 more, which isn't bad). I had the same amount of paperwork as last year. Tax work was great. Was previous years. Customer service on the other hand. Severely lacking. Had to chase them multiple times for information that should have been provided in the first place.
Had our income taxes done here for the second year in a row. Excellent price, plus seniors' discount 20%) and excellent service.
Used tax pros for years really disappointed they're not doing instant refunds
