Great initial experience. Nakeesha Moore answered the phone and was very friendly and helpful. Texted right away with a link to begin the tax prep process. I downloaded the app and uploaded my documents. Was told it could even be same day. She texted with two follow up questions, then I never heard from her again. She didn’t respond to my texts or app communication requests. They seem to want to work with people that need advances or money the same day, not so much filing taxes.
