absolutely not cool!!!! she made multiple errors on my taxes didnt claim tax credits I was eligible for filed state taxes back 2 years that weren't supposed to be filed because I had no income due to being disabled but because she filed them me not having to i have to pay 100 dollars in late penalties ontop of the hundreds I had to pay her to mess up my taxes she changed the amount of my federal refund twice and still got it wrong last week i received a check from the department of treasury to compensate me for monies I shou... read more
