My wife and I have been using Tax Pros for over 10 years now and never had any problems and they get the most out of your money and charge very little compared to other places. Always the same smiling faces year after year.
Business changed name, but did not addiquitly notify clients of name change. Business kept the old name in phone book further confusing clients. Seemed to be more interested in taking clients from other business than keeping the clients that they already had.
