Tax Professionals with the big UN- in front of it. Made multiple gross mistakes over the course of the year, like paying someones else taxes from my account. Not running payroll on time. and more! Finally they kept on deducting their fees even once I requested to stop their service. Took around 2 months to receive a refund after multiple communications.
