I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience. The original Tax Professional Group was exceptional. After the company was purchased (approximately two years ago), the quality of service declined dramatically. We tried to be patient during the transition, expecting that new ownership and employees would eventually settle in. Unfortunately, that never happened. The original Tax Proffessional group was exceptional. However they have been purchased and are now just so so. Receptionist are very nice but tax preparation is extremely slow even for simple IRS returns.
Such a great experience!! They handled all of our taxes and questions with ease. Such an easy process from start to finish. I totally regret doing my taxes myself all those years. 120% worth having a professional do it for you. Amazing group of women at this place! Kind, caring, and on point!
