My husband has been using them for a few years that why i ended with them. The first year was ok, but last year they made a mistake on my tax return which honestly i am sure how they could as it is very simple and easy ( and yes, we will file this year ourselves). When i got the notification from CRA i contacted Jaycee at this business right away, but my issue hasn't been resolved and it's been 4 months. No return calls, no reply emails. Tax Pro Inc. have always been professional, friendly, and willing to answer any questions I might have. As a small business owner I find navigating my year-end taxes frustrating and impossible, BUT the accountants with Tax Pro have always kept me sane, and their understanding and assistance is worth every penny. I highly recommend them!

I sought out the services of this business due to my own mistakes. The owner straighten me out and pointed out the issues and provide me advise for me resolve some of my tax issues. I would recommend this organization for anyone who wants to be serious about filing their personal income tax.
