I don’t usually post reviews. And I had a great experience here last year. The process of doing my taxes were simple and easy. This year, Luis told me he finalized my taxes then pretty much ghosted me. Several times saying though text “ I’ll call you back in a few minutes to finalize your taxes”. Then he just stopped replying or taking my calls. Now I’m late on my taxes.
