These people seem to be seriously incompetent. Our “zoom” meeting was held via facetime on a cell phone where the preparer had his camera off. He didn’t take the time to explain or educate. He wasn’t upfront about his fees and basically backed us into a corner of paying for him by crunching all the numbers and filling out the forms before disclosing the fees to us. James has done taxes for my in laws for years and it was only recently discovered by a real CPA that he has been doing their taxes ALL WRONG. he continues to charge extra money for just looking at a form and has taken advantage of them. They will NOT be returning to him and I hope no one else will! STAY AWAY unless you want the IRS to reach out to you.
James royally screwed up my 2021 returns. I am still having issues with the IRS. I would stay away from here.

Had a wonderful experience with Jim. Scheduling online was easy, the office was convenient, and he was super pleasant. As someone with multiple W2s, 1099s and my own business, he was super affordable.
