Over charges me and cannot explain to me why. Can’t explain to me where my money is going either. They did help me get more back but why would you cheat a low income house hold out of $650. I don’t even make that in a month. I feel they thought I was desperate and willing to pay anything just to get taxes. That isn’t the case i believe I was taken advantage of and not that this will get my money back but this is wrong in so many ways. I have kids to think about just like they do but I bet they make way more than $115 dollars... read more
