After 30yrs with TaxPrep and Karen Washburn, who was great. Upon her retirement the new EA (Amy) has lowered the quality and performance of their Tax Preparation. My wife and I had no choice but to leave after 3 decades, after our tax return increased x10 times in 2024. We loved Karen and miss her. Tax Prep is now 1 Star and worst communicator. Dr Chan
