Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. What a joke. Bunch of crooks that just want your money. Was overcharged tremendously to have my taxes done. My taxes are VERY simple and there is absolutely no reason I should have had to pay what I was charged from these guys. Will never take my business here again or recommend it them to anyone. Natasha B was let go by Karen at Tax Prep because they could not do the work with the way documents were brought in. We respect Natasha and her opinion, but she should know it was Karen, the office manager, who decided the firm can no longer handle Natasha's account. We wish her the best and also gave her several referrals to other firms that might be able to help her better.
Stay Away!!! Every few months there is a new person working there that you yourself have to bring up to speed on how your account is handled. Then the new accountant talks about how the previous one wasn't doing your bookkeeping correctly and whatever negative comment he or she had to say about you! The owner talks about his dislike of certaint clients (a stripper who's paying her taxes for her profession!) Tax Prep & Accounting Services of Menasha was the best choice I ever made. We had serious tax problems with the IRS and they solved the problem with better results than I ever dreamed. Karen, Stephanie, Jessica, Keith and the rest are a gift from God. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
