I went to Tax Preference for the first time in 2021. They were recommended by my CPA of 20 years who moved to Ohio. I was very satisfied with their work and will return in 2022.
Very arrogant and unprofessional. They need to pay more attention to preparing taxes and not your personal business. I would never recommend them to my worst enemy. In response to their reply, I got angry after being called a lowlife. I had to bring my dying father in to their office to finish his taxes because of this. I had all rights to take care of my dad's affairs. The place isn't set up for handicap access.
