We arrived 15 minutes early and the receptionist said we were very early! We waited until 10 past our appointment of 4:00. My wife asked when would we be seen and one of the ladies said he’s not here now. We asked who? They said the one you booked with. We didn’t book with anyone. They said besides it’s only 3:00. A week after daylight savings time had started, no one there knew what time it was!!!!! Do I want them doing my taxes? Nooooo.
