Extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. I called this office last week specifically because I needed my 2025 S-Corporation business tax return prepared. I explained that these were business taxes, was quoted a starting price of $600 for the S-Corp return, and tried to make an appointment. I was told I did not need an appointment and could simply walk in. Their phone recording says they open at 9:00 AM, while another listing showed 10:00 AM.
