I have to say after years of having Faith do my taxes, I never had an issue. Unfortunately this isn’t true anymore. They have the worst communication, you can call & leave voice mails for a week & not get a reply. They claim you can text the same number; don’t expect a reply that way either. Trying to get an answer from them is about as much fun as having a tooth pulled without any meds. After this company expanded, it’s went totally downhill.
