Marcella has done my taxes for many years but I will never use her services again. I paid her $1500 to do 2 joint returns for me in December. She never filed an extension for me and now the IRS is claiming they haven’t received any returns at all for almost 5 years that she was paid to do! I wish I could give this raciest lady a -5 star as soon I walked in her office she asked me to fill a form and after looking up my name she said I am not going to file your tax without any excuse. racist? yes she is because she did not like my name and race
